Development Officer
At Care Dimensions philanthropy is about connection compassion and community. Were seeking a Development Officer to build meaningful relationships inspire generosity and grow sustainable philanthropic support for our mission of exceptional hospice palliative and primary care.
This role is ideal for a relationship-focused fundraiser who enjoys managing diverse donor programs energizing events and creating thoughtful stewardship experiences that deepen engagement and impact.
What Youll Do
- Manage and grow key fundraising programs including employee giving memorial and tribute giving appeals and monthly giving
- Lead donor recruitment coaching and stewardship for our Walk for Hospice and other signature or partnership events
- Build and maintain relationships with donors volunteers funeral homes and community partners
- Manage and steward a portfolio of donors giving $1000$9999 annually with a focus on retention and upgrades
- Design and implement a comprehensive monthly giving strategy from acquisition through long-term stewardship
- Partner closely with Philanthropy Operations to ensure smooth execution accurate reporting and excellent donor experiences
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience in fundraising donor relations or nonprofit development
- Demonstrated success managing events appeals and donor programs
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with donor databases and CRM systems

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education training relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package including employer-sponsored health insurance paid time-off tuition reimbursement student loan paydown supplemental insurance options and more which adds to the companys generous total rewards package.
