We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join and drive growth in the automotive real estate sector. As the Business Development Manager you will play a key role in expanding our reach enhancing our service offerings and increasing revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and stakeholders in the industry
- Develop and implement strategies to attract buyers sellers investors and operators to the platform
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings and increase site traffic
- Negotiate deals contracts and agreements to facilitate property transactions
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the property buying or leasing process
- Collaborate with the team to improve the platforms user experience and functionality
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field
- Proven track record in business development sales or real estate within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in automotive real estate
- Knowledge of automotive zoning regulations property development and commercial real estate practices
- Existing network of contacts in the automotive industry
- Experience using CRM software and online marketing tools
