Job Summary

Job Title : Business Analyst - Technology

Experience : 3-8 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure digital solutions align with business strategy.
Gather analyze and document business functional and technical requirements.
Map and document workflows processes and system specifications for technology initiatives.
Collaborate with developers architects and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with end-user training and documentation.

Requisites

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of wealth management products client onboarding portfolio management and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
