Job Summary

Job Description:

Be the Product SME with leadership qualities and thorough understanding of the business and end-to-end flow of the product.
Manage strategic product roadmap that delivers maximum value to the market.
Responsible for a product feature from conception to launch.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market user needs and product roadmap to make strategic decisions and ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Develop maintain and prioritize product backlog items that outlines product vision and execution path for product development.
Provide clear vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the initiative. Define and communicate product requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team ensuring clear consistent communication aligned with committed timelines.
Play an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that could impact the teams ability to successfully achieve Release and Sprint Goals.
