At McKeough Supply a proud division of EMCO Corporation we are searching for a results-oriented HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager who is passionate about growth service and long-term customer success.

About the Role:

As an HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor offering technical solutions product recommendations and insights that drive value.
• Be empowered with a competitive base salary uncapped commission allowing you to control your earning potential.
• Work closely with our vendors and network of over 250 Profit Centres representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.

Who You Are:

• 5 years of HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads close sales and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial and passionate about helping others succeed.
• Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-first customer-centric environment.

5 years sales experience
3 years HVAC/R experience
