FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of scalable high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and user-centric solutions by working closely with designers backend engineers and product managers. You will be responsible for building intuitive responsive and accessible web applications using React and modern state management tools.

You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers contribute to architectural decisions and drive frontend development best practices to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development & Architecture:
  

  • Lead the design development and maintenance of production-grade frontend applications using React and .
    

  • Architect and manage application state using tools such as Redux Zustand or similar libraries.
    

  • Develop reusable modular and scalable UI components to be integrated across multiple projects.
    

• Optimization & Performance:
  

  • Ensure high-performance responsive web applications that are optimized for SEO accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
    

  • Continuously monitor evaluate and enhance the performance of the frontend application to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
    

• Collaboration & Integration:
  

  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs into the frontend ensuring seamless data flow and user interaction.
    

  • Work closely with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
    

• Mentorship & Best Practices:
  

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure that frontend development follows best practices and maintains high code quality.
    

  • Enforce and promote frontend development best practices including code modularization component reusability and maintainability.
    

  • Mentor junior engineers offering guidance on development standards debugging and performance optimization techniques.
    

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  

  • Build and maintain unit tests integration tests and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of frontend applications.
    

  • Utilize frontend testing tools such as Jest React Testing Library or similar frameworks to ensure application quality and bug-free releases.
    

• Continuous Improvement:
  

  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative solutions.
    

  • Participate in the Agile development process attending sprint meetings sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
    

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  

  • Act as a bridge between design product management and backend teams to ensure the frontend development process aligns with product vision and user requirements.
    

  • Engage with product managers to discuss user needs and the technical feasibility of new features or product enhancements.
    

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of professional frontend development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
  

• Advanced experience with and including deep understanding of the React ecosystem.
  

• Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Redux Zustand or similar libraries.
  

• Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules Styled Components or SASS).
  

• Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for dynamic data fetching.
  

• Familiarity with frontend testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments with a focus on iterative development collaboration and feedback loops.
  

• Solid understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack Babel etc.) and modern CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React Query TanStack or similar tools for optimized data fetching and caching in React applications.
  

• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using .
