This role is part of our Software GTM division a transformative business unit designed toreimagine how cybersecurity software is taken to market at enterprise scale.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-impactDemand Generation Managerto help accelerate our growth in the cybersecurity SaaS market. This strategic hands-on role requires someone who can build and execute demand generation strategies whileleveragingexperience in B2B sales or marketing within SaaS environments.Youllown the full funnelfrom generating MQLs through targeted campaigns and events to driving SQL conversionwhileensuring operational visibility into performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in adynamicenvironment brings an entrepreneurial mindset and is motivated by measurable business impact.Youllplay a critical part in shaping how our software goes to market and contribute directly to pipeline creation revenue growth and expansion opportunities. Experience with platforms like Marketo HubSpot and Salesforce is essential to succeed in this role.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and execute multichannel demand generation programsincluding targeted campaigns webinars digital initiatives andcompany ledevents.

  • Drive the full MQLtoSQLlifecycleensuring high-quality lead conversion.

  • Increase web traffic and inbound lead flowthrough optimized content campaigns and digital strategies.

  • Create compelling educational campaignsthat attract relevant cybersecurity audiences.

  • Leverage competitive and market intelligencetoidentifyopportunities and refine targeting.

  • Ensure reporting and tracking of key demand generation metrics including lead scoring routing nurturing conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

  • Collaborate across teams to improve operational processes using insights from reporting to enhance lead engagement and funnel performance.

  • Support cross-sellingand upsellinginitiativesto drive growth within existing accounts.

  • Experiment A/B test and continuously improveprograms to maximize impact.

  • Participate in occasional travelfor events or field marketing activities.

What Were Looking For

  • 38 years of experience inB2Bdemand generation within aSaaS environment preferablyincybersecurity or enterprise IT.

  • Proven ability tobuild and execute strategyand run full-funnel demand programs that generate measurablepipeline.

  • Hands-on experience withmarketing platformssuch as Marketo and HubSpot.

  • ProficiencywithSalesforcefor campaign tracking and reporting.

  • Analytical andmetrics-oriented with the ability to report on funnel performance and conversion.

  • Creative problemsolverwho can design targeted campaigns and educational content.

  • An A-Playersomeonewho consistently delivers exceptional resultsdemonstratesstrong cultural alignment takes initiativedrivesinnovationandproactivelyproblemsolves.
