Operating Hours: M-F9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Sat10:00 AM - 6:00 PM


As aGeneral Manager (GM) you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and driving performance in key areas: sales customer service product quality and team development. Youll play a key role in decision-making ensuring the store runs smoothly meets performance targets and provides an exceptional experience for both customers and staff. We provide thorough hands-on training to help you succeed so youll have all the tools you need to lead effectively and make impactful decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the stores day-to-day functions ensuring efficiency and high standards in sales customer service and product quality.
  • Drive Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Hire train and develop staff to ensure they provide outstanding service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the stores P&L (profit and loss) making strategic decisions to improve performance and profitability.
  • Build Community Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers and the local community to boost brand loyalty and sales.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure the store meets all operational standards including cleanliness inventory management and staff performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: You have experience as a General Manager or in a leadership role in a retail or restaurant environment with hands-on experience in customer service.
  • Financial Knowledge: You understand financials (P&L) business planning and operational management.
  • Team Builder: You have a proven ability to hire train and develop a strong team including seasonal workers.
  • Passion for Quality: Youre committed to providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the highest product quality.
  • Responsible and Accountable: You thrive in a role where you take full responsibility for store performance and success.
