Role Overview

As a Director or Senior Account Manager youll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. You will oversee day-to-day account operations lead cross-functional project execution and ensure that campaigns deliver both creative excellence and measurable results. Youll collaborate closely with our creative media data and web teams to bring marketing programs to life while cultivating strong client relationships that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable strategies across creative media and website initiatives.
  • Lead the development execution and delivery of marketing campaigns from kickoff through post-analysis.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative data web media) to ensure alignment deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance data provide insights and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Manage account budgets timelines and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-service expansion.
  • Mentor junior account team members supporting their professional development.

Qualifications

  • 510 years of account management experience in a marketing advertising or digital agency.
  • Proven track record leading omni-channel campaigns (creative digital web and/or media).
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience managing budgets and project timelines.
  • Highly organized proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Passion for marketing technology and helping clients scale.
