The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the firms multioffice practice. This position oversees firmwide operations processes technology enablement compliance and strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive analytical and collaborative leader who thrives in a growth environment and understands the unique operational demands of a large professional services firm.

Work You Will Be Responsible For:
Corporate real estate and office operations
Maintaining and enhancing our business continuity program
Expanding the breadth and value of strategic procurement as an enterprise function
Advancing our Environmental Social and Governance/Responsible Ownership program
Additional operational functions including management of applicable technologies budgeting and internal reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10 years of progressive operational leadership experience ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
Demonstrated success managing multioffice operations and large crossfunctional teams.
Strong understanding of firm workflows regulatory requirements and seasonal business cycles.
Exceptional leadership communication and changemanagement skills.
Experience with practice management systems workflow tools and accounting technology platforms.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm and with external partners.
