Overview
QBE LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) in a full-time onsite role. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and supports critical mission operations in a dynamic high-security environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong ServiceNow development experience technical leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively across DoD and federal stakeholder groups.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Design develop and customize ServiceNow components including forms lists UI actions UI policies client scripts and business rules.
- Build optimize and troubleshoot workflows supporting complex mission and technical requirements.
- Lead and execute request management development tasks across multiple service domains.
- Apply strong expertise in JavaScript for automation scripting logic and backend development.
- Plan and implement API integrations with external systems; coordinate with system owners to ensure secure reliable connections.
- Maintain enhance and govern the CMDB improving data accuracy and structure.
- Utilize and optimize Discovery to support accurate configuration and asset records.
- Apply and support Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders customers and leadership across a high-visibility program environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ServiceNow development experience in DoD federal or enterprise environments.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience developing workflows client scripts UI policies and business rules.
- Experience with API integrations and cross-platform coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB Discovery SAM and HAM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs periodically.
- Ability to commute onsite to SOUTHCOM daily.
Highly Desired Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Advanced SAM/HAM management.
- Workflow design optimization and troubleshooting.
- Deep experience improving CMDB governance and data structure.
- Strong Discovery implementation and tuning knowledge.
- High-volume request management expertise.
