Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and implement enterprise AI solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on building AI-driven workflows designing agentic architectures and enabling generative AI capabilities that improve IT and HR service delivery across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Define the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise digital transformation and ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across ITSM HRSD and enterprise service operations.
Architect AI-enabled workflows using ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist Predictive Intelligence and automation.
Design and govern AI agents Virtual Agent solutions and GenAI-powered experiences.
Establish prompt engineering strategies grounding approaches and model orchestration frameworks.
Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise data platforms APIs and external AI services.
Define AI governance frameworks including security compliance responsible AI practices bias mitigation and explainability.
Optimize performance scalability and maintainability of AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders product owners and platform teams to translate AI capabilities into measurable outcomes.
Lead POCs pilots and innovation initiatives to validate AI-driven value realization.
Required Qualifications
10 years of IT experience with 5 years in ServiceNow architecture or enterprise platform architecture
Strong experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent)
Experience designing GenAI or agentic AI solutions
Strong knowledge of AI/ML architecture model orchestration and prompt engineering
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems APIs and AI platforms
Familiarity with AI governance data security and responsible AI practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience implementing AI solutions across ITSM or HR Service Delivery
Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock etc.)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Architect certifications
