Job Description Summary

Positions in this job family are responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This job family includes Direct Indirect and Overlay Account Management where:
Direct sales focuses on selling organizational products or services directly to new accounts or expanding upon existing accounts.
Indirect sales is responsible for selling the firms products to retail and distribution partners in order to sell the organizations products to end-users.
Account Management Overlay is responsible for supporting the sale of a limited number of the organizations complex technical products and/or services to a specified set of strategic accounts.

Activities include:
- Managing the relationship between the organization and its customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions;
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions;
- Understanding their client segment (i.e. industry company size and type geography) and developing medium to long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers;
- Specializing in a specific aspect or function of the product and selling its functionality to customers;
- Conducting face-to-face and remote overlay sales to existing customers.

Expectations for this job profile are typically as follows:
- Show complete knowledge and understanding of their professional discipline.
- Responsible for improving processes systems and products to enhance functional performance.
- Enhance relationships and networks with colleagues who are not familiar with their subject matter typically to persuade or clearly convey information.
- Provide guidance coaching and training to junior employees within their job area.

コンサルティブな営業プロフェッショナルとしてGenesysのソリューションポートフォリオ全体を的確に提案し複数のセールスパイプラインの構築管理新規ビジネスの獲得既存顧客からの収益拡大を主導していただきます

本ポジションでは日本国内のお客様に対するダイレクトおよびハイタッチセールスに加えパートナーを通じたサービス提供実行の調整も行っていただきます

主な業務内容

  • 顧客やパートナーとの主な外部接点を担い担当アカウントへの日々の接触を通じてビジネス機会を追求します

  • 担当テリトリーにおける注力アカウントごとにAccount Executiveドキュメントを作成し全体的な実行計画を策定推進します

  • 各アカウントの活動レベルと浸透度に基づいたノルマQuotaや目標管理項目MBOを担います

  • 担当アカウント内のあらゆる階層において強固な関係を築き主要アカウントの管理統制を目指します

  • セールスキャンペーンに応じて変動する仮想チームバーチャルチームを率い適切な方向性を提供します

  • 複数のパートナーや社内関係者との連携を調整します

  • 案件提案の構成や価格設定に関して提案の整合性を保つ責任を負います価格承認ガイドラインに準拠

  • 現在および将来の案件に関する定期的な売上予測を地区マネージャーに報告します

求める経験スキル

  • ITテクノロジー業界におけるダイレクトセールスまたはハイタッチセールスの経験5年以上が望ましい

  • 特にクラウドやAI技術に対する興味好奇心理解力

  • チームや顧客に対する共感力配慮

  • 優れたコミュニケーションスキル口頭文書
