We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused exclusively on outbound cold calling US- and Canada-based lead lists. The primary goal of this role is to book qualified demo calls directly on the calendar of Steven Miller.
This is a high-urgency role for someone who is confident on the phone comfortable with volume and motivated by booking meetings.
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US- and Canada-based prospects
Follow provided call scripts while personalizing conversations when appropriate
Qualify prospects based on defined ICP criteria
Book demo calls directly for Steven Miller
Handle objections and guide prospects toward next steps
Log call outcomes and notes accurately using provided systems
All tools and resources are provided including:
Pre-built outbound call lists
Auto-dialer
Call scripts
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) details
This role is execution-focused no list building or tooling setup required.
Prior experience in a BDR SDR or cold-calling-heavy role
Strong phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers
Experience calling into US/Canada markets
Background in finance wealth management or insurance is a plus
Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive outreach
Ability to ramp quickly and follow structured processes
Availability during US & Canada business hours
Reliable internet connection headset and quiet work environment
Daily outbound call volume
Demo calls booked per week for Steven Miller
Call quality and adherence to scripts and ICP
This is an urgent hire with a target start date before the end of January. Candidates who can move quickly through interviews are strongly preferred.
