As a BDR supporting Arena youll engage prospects across both EMEA and North America helping companies understand how our cloudnative PLM and QMS solutions can transform their product development and quality processes.
What Youll Do
- Connect with potential customers through outreach and relationshipbuilding.
- Share how Arenas cloud-native PLM and QMS solutions make a real impact on product and quality teams.
- Work a structured8:00 AM 4:00 PM schedule focusing onEMEA outreach in the morningsandNorth America outreach in the afternoons.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to turn interest into opportunity.
- Build your sales skills through structured training mentorship and peer support.
- Use tools like Salesforce to track progress and stay organized.
- Learn how to sell strategically in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.

- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with others.
- Open to learningno prior sales or tech experience needed.
- Motivated by goals and excited to grow.
- A team player who values collaboration and inclusion.
- Adaptable and organized ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
What You Bring (Preferred Not Required)
- A bachelors degree or equivalent life/work experience.
- Interest in technology SaaS or business development.
- Experience in any customer-facing roleretail hospitality service internships or volunteer work all count.
- A passion for learning and growing your career.
- Additional language skills (such as German Portuguese Spanish or other European languages) are a plus especially for supporting EMEA outreach.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70000 $100000. This includes base salary and ontarget incentive compensation. The range reflects a goodfaith estimate at the time of posting.
