RBR Alliance is seeking an organized individual for a temporary HR position to cover the leave of our HR Coordinator.
The temporary role will begin in March and is expected to last 18 weeks.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Posting jobs on various job boards.
- Attending Job Fairs as needed.
- Developing and implementing two agency job fairs for Blue River Services and Rauch.
- Managing the agencys Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinating and running the organizations employee recognition programs.
- Preparing monthly Service Award Letters and Certificates.
- Preparing reports on open positions and recruitment efforts
- Assisting the co-chairs of the Employee Relations Committee in implementing initiatives.
- Completing additional coverage activities as needed.
Schedule:
37.5 hours/week
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Location:
Georgetown IN
This is not a remote position
Requirements:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of human resources or office experience preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
Valid Drivers License required.
