DescriptionAs the Senior Director ISC Project Management you will lead the CORP Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Manufacturing Excellence team and serve as the enterprise owner of Global Design Models (GDMs) across Manufacturing Planning Logistics and Procurement. Reporting to the VP Manufacturing Excellence you will drive the creation alignment governance and deployment of GDMs to ensure consistency scalability and measurable impact across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).
In this highly visible leadership role you will be instrumental in ensuring that GDMs are effectively developed implemented and positioned as ISC process tool and standard best practices fully aligned with Accelerator enabling revenue growth operational agility productivity and customer performance. You will oversee the end-to-end GDM lifecycle (P1P5) lead Kaizen-based deployments at critical sites and deliver enterprise results across cost inventory service and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the development and alignment of GDMs with SBGs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across ISC driving global governance adoption and deployment as the standard ISC operating system
- Drive enterprise alignment of GDMs to support SBG business models and growth priorities
- Execute site transformations using Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
- Deliver productivity outcomes including DM cost freight optimization inventory reduction agility and customer satisfaction
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on scalable execution and enterprise best-practice replication
- Implement Kaizen principles to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within the ISC.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 10 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of Global Design Models and experience with GDM lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
