An elite global investment firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Corporate Finance team in a role focused on deal finance investment cost allocations and financial operations tied directly to transaction activity across the firm.

The individual in this role will help manage how transaction costs fees and other deal-related expenses are analyzed allocated and reported across investment vehicles and internal entities. Team/Position Highlights

Day-to-day
- Manage the allocation and tracking of deal-related costs and transaction expenses across investment vehicles and internal entities
- Prepare and review financial analyses allocation schedules and supporting documentation related to investment activity
- Partner with teams across finance operations tax and compliance to ensure accurate cost treatment and reporting
- Assist with reconciliations reporting and ongoing process improvements within the Corporate Finance function
Qualifications
- Education in Accounting or Finance with strong academic credentials
- Accounting experience ideally within public accounting or financial services
- CPA or progress towards a CPA is a plus but not required
