Job Summary
We are Techmer PM the worlds foremost materials design firm creating custom polymers that make up essential products. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be on the 2nd shift which is 3:00PM-11:30PM Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures employees are working safely and all safety guidelines are being followed
Works with Production and Technical Services to address any non-conformances promptly so that there are no delivery delays
- Works with Quality team and Production team to address off-color issues and other quality issues
- Orders and maintains QC supplies
- Assists with gauge R&R studies as needed
- Assists in non-conformance investigations
- Reviews products for improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma & 5 years in Quality Control experience or 2 years Quality Supervision experience
- Proven leadership skills and a working knowledge of the QMS and all process flows.
- Strong knowledge of existing systems including QMS and Microsoft Office experience with D365 preferred
- Ability to manage day-to-day activities to achieve company goals. .
