Position
This is a full-time exempt position that works out of WCFs Sandy Utah headquarters and reports to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis. The person in this position is responsible for analyzing data developing forecasts communicating identified business issues to key stakeholders and supporting business strategies. The expected salary range for this position is $80000 to $111300 depending on experience and education.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; masters degree preferred.
- Professional certification as a CPA CMA CFA or AIAF preferred.
- At least five years of related work experience.
- General knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting practices and procedures.
- Advance proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare and communicate financial results critical financial analysis an insight to business leaders.
- Develop premium staffing and other financial models to support our corporate strategy.
- Evaluate premium production sources and profitability.
- Understand loss pricing and other trends and provide recommendations to management.
- Preparation of the companys annual operating plan and multi-year forecasts.
- Evaluate and interpret budget to actual variances and provide advice to management.
- Prepare financial forecast and proforma financial projections.
