Job Summary

- Lead business analysis efforts for FAST platform implementations in the life insurance and annuities sector.
- Facilitate requirements gathering design sessions and solution workshops with customers.
- Manage and prioritize user stories project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business IT actuarial and operations groups.
- Mentor junior analysts and support client adoption and onboarding to the FAST platform.
- Analyze insurance and annuity products policy lifecycles and servicing requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) data validation and troubleshooting activities.
- Drive process improvements change management and efficiency initiatives for clients.
- Provide insights into regulatory competitive and market trends relevant to life insurance and annuities.
- Utilize strong technical skills (SQL Excel XML parsing JIRA Confluence Tableau/BI tools) to support analysis and reporting.
- Ensure clear communication effective presentations and strong stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.
