Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst
Mode: Onsite Austin TX

Key Responsibilities:

Enable increased adoption of DAM within the company and provide value to various business teams
Evangelize the use of DAM within the company by conducting brown bags
Conduct office hours to educate clarify and train the users on using both obvious and not so obvious features
Based on discussions with business and engineering teams identify the gaps and enhancements
Translate the identified gaps or enhancements into user stories that can be worked on by engineering teams
Help on-board new tenants starting with defining meta-data through taxonomies transcodings workflows and publishing
Develop and deliver user training including user guides product videos and demo videos
Drive adoption of DAM features and champion platform improvements to maximize business value
Provide ongoing subject matter expertise and support to all business users

Qualifications:

Required: 5 years of direct experience working with industry-leading DAM software
Demonstrated experience in enabling adoption of DAM requirements gathering process mapping and stakeholder management
Skilled in creating training materials and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
