Job Summary
PMO Analyst
Location: San Francisco CA

Key Responsibilities
Support program/project governance reporting and coordination
Prepare status reports dashboards and presentations for leadership
Track project schedules RAID logs actions and dependencies
Assist with financial tracking (budget vs actuals forecasts)
Coordinate inputs from project managers and workstream leads
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in a PMO / project coordination role
Strong MS Office skills:
o Excel (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
o PowerPoint (executive ready decks)
o Word (documentation)
Strong communication organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large programs or portfolios
Exposure to project management tools (MS Project SharePoint Jira etc.)
Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
