Were looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to support the rapid growth of our R&D and niche engineering teams across India and the broader APAC region. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning complex searches partnering deeply with business leaders and building strong talent pipelines in competitive markets - while also helping improve how we hire at scale.

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders across Engineering and niche technical functions to build strong future-ready talent pipelines aligned to Toasts mission and culture.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and hard-to-hire technical roles from intake and sourcing through offer and close.

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality diverse candidates using creative and data-driven strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by sharing market insights hiring trends and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions and expectations.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure consistent high-quality interview processes.

  • Collaborate with partners across the People & Places team (People Success Total Rewards TA Ops) and cross-functional teams like Finance to drive hiring outcomes.

  • Use data and funnel insights to identify gaps improve processes and continuously raise the bar on hiring quality and efficiency.

  • Contribute to TA projects and process improvements as we continue to scale across APAC.

What youll need to thrive (Requirements)

  • 7 years of recruiting experience with strong focus on senior and niche technical hiring in fast-growing or product-led environments.

  • Proven ability to source assess and close top technical talent in highly competitive markets.

  • Strong experience partnering with senior hiring managers and influencing through data and market insights.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous evolving environments and adapting as business needs change.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels and functions.

  • Deep commitment to candidate experience diversity equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
