This role is based in Feroze Manor office.
- Lead the design development and enhancement of Sitecore-based digital platforms with a primary focus on Omdia.
- Architect build and maintain scalable and future-ready Sitecore solutions currently on Sitecore 10.x with a roadmap to transition to XM Cloud and headless architectures in the next 23 years.
- Implement advanced personalization strategies optimize content authoring workflows and enhance platform performance.
- Integrate Sitecore solutions with third-party systems including CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) analytics platforms and search engines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers ensuring adherence to best practices such as Helix principles SXA and CI/CD methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers content strategists and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Qualifications :
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex Sitecore-based solutions.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET Core/.NET 6 and MVC.
- In-depth knowledge of Sitecore 9.x/10.x including SXA Helix principles Sitecore Forms and Experience Analytics.
- Experience with user entitlement systems such as Okta or Azure AD.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as React (or similar frameworks) and their integration with Sitecore.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions and Git with a strong understanding of automated deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices WCAG accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects or managing small development teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Sitecore certifications (e.g. Sitecore Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
- Exposure to XM Cloud or headless CMS architectures.
- Experience with Solr and optimizing Solr indexes for performance.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with Sitecore.
- AI framework and security knowledge Python LLM hugging face MCP etc.
