Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.
