Position Summary
Breath of Life is seeking two clinically experienced Clinical Respiratory Sales
Representatives to expand referral relationships and develop its home ventilation program.
These roles combine respiratory clinical expertise with sales and referral development focused
primarily on hospital-based referrals for ventilator patients transitioning to home care.
The ideal candidate is an RT with strong local relationships who can lead with clinical credibility
and build trust with hospital and provider partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals pulmonologists hospitalists case
managers and respiratory departments
Focus on ventilator referrals
Conduct clinical education presentations and in services
Execute territory specific growth strategies
Document referral activity sales calls and meetings in Brightree EMR
Work closely with internal RT and operations teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
Provide hands on patient setup and follow up as needed
Gather market and competitive intelligenceSales Versus Clinical Balance
Initially approximately 90 percent sales and 10 percent clinical
Over time increased patient volume may lead to building out additional RT or CRT
support
Clinical credibility is critical in this role
Qualifications
Active Respiratory Therapist license in Texas or Oklahoma
Strong existing relationships with hospital based referral sources
Hands on experience with mechanical ventilation
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales or referral development experience
DME LTACH or critical care background strongly preferred
Strong communication organization and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage territory scheduling
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Compensation
Base salary $70000 to $80000 negotiable based on experience
Commission or incentive structure in development
No guaranteed draw

Monthly commission structure based on oxygen PAP resupply and ventilator referrals
Vent referrals include both per unit incentives and recurring revenue percentage
