Job Summary

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assist in tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Monitor and support the receiving storing and distribution of materials within the warehouse.
Participate in cycle counts.
Implement ABC classification for warehouse materials.
Conduct safety audits in the warehouse.
Analyze root causes of incorrect shipments and propose corrective actions.

Skills & Requirements

Students in their 7th semester or beyond enrolled in a degree program in
Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering.
Experience with academic projects related to inventory management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate English proficiency (oral and written).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable knowledge of Lean tools: waste elimination standard work time and motion studies.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
