Position Overview
We are looking for an IT Specialist to support the implementation operation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Mideas North LATAM region (Mexico Colombia Peru Panama and Ecuador).
This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT ensuring the successful delivery stability and optimization of systems such as ERP WMS and TMS while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and daily operation of Supply Chain and Logistics systems (ERP WMS TMS) across the North LATAM region.
- Act as the regional IT point of contact during system implementations.
- Conduct business process analysis gather requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Coordinate with Global IT and HQ teams to design solutions resolve system issues and ensure successful system delivery.
- Provide application support by responding to user inquiries troubleshooting issues and coordinating timely resolutions.
- Participate in end-to-end IT project delivery including requirements gathering system design coordination testing and deployment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) user training and go-live activities.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders vendors and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Supply Chain or a related field.
- 3 years of experience supporting or implementing Supply Chain or Logistics systems.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with Oracle EBS is a plus).
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows (EDI/API).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English and Spanish required (Mandarin is a plus).
