- Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy
- Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process Make to Stock on global level
- Take care of all M2S deployment tasks in rollout project
- Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users norms standards and other processes
- Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process M2S
- Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
- Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing to Supply incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets
- Monitor relevant key performance indicators initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
- Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
- Intensive communication collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience with PP/DS S/4 especially in Manufacturing area (M2S)
- Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Manufacturing and /or Supply Chain processes
- Several years of experience in consulting or industry preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail;
- Extensive business experience in manufacturing to supply processes from projects and / or operations
- Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence
- Shares our vision for the digitalized flexible and efficient Supply Chain with AI ready for the future
- Ready to work in an international environment willing to travel regularly
- Initiative persuasiveness assertiveness and enthusiasm
