Your mission as HR Manager at Devoteam Belgium You will will serve as HR reference and social glue for the Belgium organization. You are the sparring partner for leadership and the direct manager of the local HRBP team. You will report to the HR Director Benelux and will ensure group and regional strategy is executed and compliant with local standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & HRBP Development
- Direct Management: Act as the direct manager for local HRBPs overseeing their daily activities and workload.
- Performance Accountability: Responsible for the overall performance of the local HRBP team.
- Annual Reviews: Execute the full performance cycle for HRBPs including setting annual goals and conducting formal end-of-year reviews.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing guidance to HRBPs to help them navigate complex pillar-specific challenges.
- Labour law Support: Serve as reference for HRBPs on complex labor law issues or high-risk cases.
Local Governance & Compliance
- Legal Primary Liaison: Act as the interface for the local works council.
- Compliance Council: Represent the country in the Local Compliance Council alongside the BE compensation & benefits lead.
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all HR policies adhere to specific national labor laws and alert the HR Benelux to any legislative changes.
- Occupational Health: Manage the partnership with local health services for absence management
HR Pillar Lead
- Leadership Sparring: Partner with Pillar Directors to align staffing with business strategy
- Performance and Talent Management: You drive the performance and talent management activities with your HRBPs team
- Talent Cycles: Drive the execution of the performance and salary review rounds to ensure quality and consistency across all pillars.
- Culture Translation: Translate the group and regional initiatives to Belgium standards (e.g. D&I or well-being)
Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation within your country (extending to the region) leveraging AI to increase productivity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You translate pillar-specific data (attrition absenteeism skill gaps) into action plans.
Qualifications :
- Masters or Bachelors Degree: Ideally in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology Business Administration or Labor Law
- 812 years of progressive HR experience with at least 35 years in a leadership or Senior HR Business Partner role
- IT Consulting Sector Experience is highly valued
- Fluent in Dutch/French and a good command of English
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for HR and people
- Excellent interpersonal skills as you will work closely with consultants delivery and sales.
