Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Support Engineer.
CART is an innovative therapy that leverages a patients own immune system to fight cancer. By genetically modifying a patients Tcells to recognize and destroy cancer cells this transformative technology offers new hope to patients who have exhausted other treatment options.
The Logistics Engineer implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance efficient production initiatives.
Core responsibilities include:
- The collaborative project-based work with various support functions and process development teams to successfully implement or improve logistics processes focused on maintaining a competitive and compliant operational framework.
- Expanding and maintaining effective work relationships with business quality safety and other functions to ensure compliance with all quality and safety requirements.
- Support systems readiness. Act as key user from the business side to integrate systems solutions in logistics operations. Responsible for coordination of Business Simulation Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- After focused onboarding and training being able to provide warehouse input to project design teams for buildings utilities infrastructure IT and Production Systems.
- Support the organization during health inspection audits .
- Understand financials and support budget adherence. Identify and implement opportunities for increased cost efficiency.
- Support in further developing the CAR-T logistics network strategy.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Quality commitment in day-to-day interactions.
Kennis / Knowledge:
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- GMP / GDP regulated environment
- Logistics/Warehousing
- Project management
Opleiding / Education:
- Masters degree in engineering Supply Chain or equivalent disciplines
Talen / Languages:
- Dutch
- English
Systemen / Systems:
- Experience in ERP- and/or GMP systems is considered an asset
