Essential Functions
The Relationship Manager will:
- Maintain ongoing working relationships with departmental IT managers business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate structured intake and discovery sessions to understand operational and technical needs desired outcomes and constraints.
- Translate departmental needs into clear intake summaries problem statements and solution pathways.
- Ensure departments review available OIT products services and reusable solutions prior to initiating new build or buy efforts.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing OIT or in-house solutions to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate departmental participation in pilots and support adoption following launch.
- Track relationship health indicators risks open issues and follow-up commitments ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare written communications status updates and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in program-wide processes documentation standards and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Public Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience
Competencies Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and articulate technical needs clearly.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in plain language.
- Experience working across organizational boundaries with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred:
- Experience in public-sector or enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with shared services service catalogs or technology intake processes.

Salary: $90000-$100000
Salary cannot exceed 100000
