Job Summary
- Manage of subcontractors in general but especially during critical delivery situation.
- Responsible for KPIs like Cycle Time Material Supportability etc.
- To provide timely management updates on any critical information that may potentially affect Boschs business. This information could be strike accidents airport closures planned line and equipment changes or moves and changes in organization.
- To check that all other actions requested from the subcontractor by Bosch are correctly understood and carried out.
- Continuously looking for opportunities or suggest new ways to improve work processes improve KPIs of the subcontractors.
- To monitor the progress of production lots as well as provide immediate disposition in the case of logistic constraints causing delivery problems capacity bottlenecks releasing of hold lots.
- Short term support on site in assembly and foundry locations.
- Regular visits of assembly and foundry partners.
- Expected the candidate work at plant most of the time.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Management Studies or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proven ability in planning and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
