Job Summary

MNC FMCG Company Supply Chain Excellence & MDM Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Excellence & MDM Lead to drive digital transformation operational efficiency and master data governance across the Supply Chain function.

What Youll Do:

Lead and deploy global capability programs within Supply Chain focused on digitalization (e.g. RTVA Power BI process simplification).
Provide efficiency insights and conduct deep-dive analysis across key categories benchmarking externally to identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor and continuously improve Master Data Management (MDM) operations through the MDM Hub ensuring strong governance and data hygiene.
Lead key transformation projects such as MDM improvement initiatives finance transition projects (e-invoice) and new warehouse setup.
Identify and drive high-impact Excellence projects particularly in inventory optimization business waste reduction FAFB improvement and process standardization.
Facilitate regional best practice sharing and knowledge exchange.
Collaborate closely with the MDM team to resolve daily operational issues maintain master data accuracy and track performance metrics.
Support and facilitate key user testing (UAT) for system enhancements and implementations.
Manage day-to-day operational governance including write-off memos monthly provision submissions governance calls and reporting coordination.
Prepare and submit monthly cash-up reports to Finance in collaboration with Demand Planners.
Follow up with Planning team on monthly KPI forecast submissions (Inventory Business Waste Co-packing cost).
Drive continuous transformation and digitalization of Supply Chain reporting leveraging global tools and learning from other markets.
Identify and execute suitable local training programs to enhance Supply Chain capabilities in MYSG.

What Were Looking For:

4 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
Strong capability in digital reporting and data analytics.
Proficient in SAP Kinaxis Excel (advanced) Aera and SQL.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Proven track record in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Planning Finance and Regional teams.
High attention to detail strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset
