The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening Nayaras presence in international markets. This role will be key in generating new business opportunities cultivating strong relationships with travel agencies and tour operators and ensuring commercial management aligned with the brands values. The GLobal Sales Manager will lead a sales team and actively collaborate in the annual commercial planning process including budget development and action plans of the 6 Nayara properties across Costa Rica Chile and Panama.

Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar position preferably in South American hotels.
At least 5 years in sales within luxury 5-star hotels in tourist destinations with international exposure.
Education:
Degree in Hotel Administration Marketing or Public Relations.
Language Skills:
English: Advanced.
