About the role
As a Brand Development Manager you will play a key role in executing brand strategies and connecting marketing initiatives with real business results.
You will help translate market insights into concrete actions working closely with commercial teams to ensure strong brand performance and category growth.
This role is about turning brand strategy into market execution.
Key responsibilities
Implement Go-to-Market strategies and 5Ps plans to drive brand growth
Manage the local sub-category P&L monitoring performance and opportunities
Lead commercial meetings and support Budget Review and Mid-Year Review processes
Analyze market share KPIs and business performance indicators
Coordinate brand launches promotions and activation initiatives
Develop promotional plans together with retail marketing and commercial teams
Monitor competitive activity and identify market opportunities
Support margin improvement initiatives and portfolio optimization
What we are looking for
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineering or related fields
3 years of experience in FMCG marketing
Fluent English
Strong analytical and business understanding
Experience working with pricing market performance and P&L impact
Excellent presentation and stakeholder influence skills
Nice to have:
Masters degree or MBA
Experience with Nielsen Kantar or similar market data tools
Background in Trade Marketing
