Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership ensuring seamless coordination across office site teams vendors and clients. This role demands discretion agility and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management
Manage schedules appointments and travel plans for senior leadership
Coordinate internal and external meetings site visits and vendor interactions
Communication & Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Draft review and manage correspondence reports and presentations
Project Coordination Support
Assist in tracking project milestones documentation and follow-ups with site teams
Maintain records of project updates vendor communications and client interactions
Administrative Oversight
Handle confidential information with integrity
Support procurement HR and finance teams with documentation and approvals
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare MIS reports meeting minutes and executive summaries
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications :
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
Prior experience supporting CXO/Director-level executives
Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with real estate or construction project workflows is a plus.
