About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and deliver landscape construction projects to a high standard ensuring quality compliance and timely completion within budget.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors suppliers and site staff
- Maintaining accurate site records using internal systems
- Ensuring compliance with all WHS and quality standards
- Planning and coordinating all site resources labour and materials
- Training mentoring and managing team members across varying levels
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-developed organisational and time-management abilities
- Experience in scheduling budgeting and resource management
- Previous experience as a foreman or site supervisor in landscape construction
- A proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to safety and quality
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and manage people at all levels
