To help us with our mission we are currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our dedicated and highly experienced team.

About the role

We are currently seeking a General Foreman to join our passionate Construction team! As a General Foreman you will manager critical day-to-day operations of the projects reporting directly to the Site Manager. You will work closely with all sub-contractors and your site team to ensure your site is safe your program is on track and your project is of highest quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience in high-spec high-rise residential apartment projects.
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or developer / builder is highly desirable.
Proficiency in construction documentation (construction program quality safety).
Exceptional time management skills to oversee every aspect of the project without compromising site presence.

Strong leadership skills providing clear direction and support to the team to drive outstanding outcomes.
Background in carpentry offering a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades.
Comprehensive knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards.
Proficiency in construction planning ideally with MS Project.
Experience delivering large-scale multi-storey projects in Australia with project values over $100 million.
