You will lead the end-to-end execution of a high-impact events strategy for a mission-driven healthtech platform. Working across marketing sales and client services you will manage everything from intimate executive breakfasts to large industry conferences. Your role is vital in driving brand awareness and high-quality lead generation within the enterprise and SME sectors.

What you will do:

Deliver end-to-end implementation of the events calendar ranging from virtual webinars to flagship industry conferences.
Partner with internal stakeholders to create tailored messaging and branding that aligns with key healthcare awareness milestones.
Track and interpret event performance metrics using HubSpot to ensure high conversion rates and ROI for every activation.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in events or marketing within a B2B SaaS startup or early-stage scaleup environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive hustle mindset and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines.
Passionate about healthcare accessibility and comfortable using modern CRM tools and AI to optimize event workflows.
