戦略的パートナーシップおよびリーダー支援
- サイト経営陣の主要パートナーとして人事戦略を事業目標および長期ビジョンと整合させる
- サクセッションプランニングワークフォース戦略多様性包括性の推進を通じて強固なリーダーシップパイプラインを構築する
- 組織設計リーダー育成複雑な人事課題に関するエグゼクティブコーチングを提供する
- ガバナンスフォーラムにおいて People 組織を代表しデータに基づくインサイトを活用して意思決定を支援する
グローバル人事プログラムの導入と推進
- 報酬表彰学習タレントマネジメントなどグローバル人事プログラムの円滑な導入と定着をリードする
- ジョブレベル構造の移行SPOC の最適化IC およびマネジメント層に向けたキャリアパス設計など主要なチェンジマネジメントを推進する
- 公平性透明性コンプライアンスを担保しながら昇格評価報酬プロセスを統括する
人事データ分析およびオペレーション最適化
- People Analytics や KPI を用いて戦略的意思決定を支援しワークフォースの傾向や課題を特定する
- サイトおよびグローバル経営層向けに明確で実用的なエグゼクティブインサイトを作成する
- CoEセンターオブエクセレンスと連携しプログラムの改善や最適化に貢献する
文化エンゲージメントの推進
- 表彰制度エンゲージメント施策リーダーセッションなど企業文化向上の取り組みを企画実行する
- 従業員体験の代弁者として協働的でインクルーシブな職場環境の構築を支援する
タレントマネジメントおよび労務対応
- 重要ポジションに対するタレントレビューおよびサクセッションプランニングを主導する
- 採用チームと協力し戦略的採用および長期的な人員計画を推進する

応募資格Requirements
- 学士号または同等の経験修士号歓迎
- 10年以上の人事領域でのリーダーシップ経験経営層とのパートナーシップを含む
- 組織の変化や不確実性の中でも影響力を発揮しリーダーを導く能力
- People Analytics やワークフォースプランニングを含む高度な分析力
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力と文化理解

Role Purpose
We are seeking a trusted and forwardthinking People (HR) business partner to support Hiroshima Plant. You will partner closely with site leadership and global teams to build the workforce of the future strengthen leadership capability and foster a positive and collaborative culture. Your leadership will directly influence the sites longterm success and ensure our teams are ready for the growth ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and Leadership Support
- Serve as a key advisor to the Site Leadership Team aligning People strategy with business goals and the sites longterm vision.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines through succession planning workforce strategy and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide executive coaching on organizational design leadership development and complex People matters.
- Represent the People organization in governance forums and support decisionmaking with clear datadriven insights.
Global Program Leadership
- Lead the implementation of global People programs at the site including Rewards Recognition Learning and Talent Management.
- Guide major change initiatives such as job level structure transitions SPOC (span of control) optimization and career path development for both IC roles and managers.
- Ensure compensation and promotion processes are fair transparent and aligned with global frameworks.
People Analytics and Operational Excellence
- Use People analytics and KPIs to support strategic decisions and identify workforce trends.
- Prepare executiveready insights and dashboards for site and global leaders.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to refine and improve People programs.
Culture and Engagement
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture including recognition programs engagement action plans and leadership sessions.
- Serve as a trusted voice for employee experience and promote an inclusive collaborative and highperforming workplace.
Talent Management and Employee Relations
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
- Partner with recruiting teams to support strategic hiring and longterm workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters to ensure fair valuesaligned outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience including seniorlevel partnership with executives.
- Strong ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity.
- Advanced analytical skills including People analytics and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English with the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
- Growth mindset and demonstrated ability to lead transformation in a dynamic global environment.
