Talent Acquisition Senior Manager Bilingual Japanese & English

Experience Hire

• Manage the end to end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management
• Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
• Develop interview protocols by accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance and governance internally
• Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
• Act as an business partner to guide and direct the stakeholders on hiring decisions by relevant market data & recruitment strategy

• 欠員補充やプロジェクト提案に向けて候補者パイプラインを構築すること
• 応募者および候補者の情報を正確に管理し社内のコンプライアンスおよびガバナンスに基づいた面接プロトコルを整備すること
• リファレンスチェックを実施し採用プロセスからオンボーディングプロセスへの円滑な移行を支援すること
• ビジネスパートナーとして関連する市場データや採用戦略をもとにステークホルダーの採用判断をサポートし適切なアドバイスを行うこと

Qualifications :

• Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Preferably 5 years of experience within the construction industry (Agency/In-house)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
• Native in Japanese and business level in English
