Job Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Integration Manager to lead the integration of our clients cutting-edge technology into their platform. This critical role will serve as the primary technical liaison ensuring seamless collaboration and successful implementation. Youll be instrumental in shaping technical future and directly engaging with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Integration Leadership: Spearhead the integration of technology into existing platform ensuring robust scalable and efficient solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with both technical leads and internal teams to define technical requirements scope projects and drive execution.
Regulatory Engagement: Act as a key technical representative facing and responding to inquiries from the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA) alongside our board.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges during all phases of integration and post-launch.
Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts and project statuses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical integration projects preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency space.
Strong understanding of API integrations software development lifecycles and technical project management.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and articulate technical solutions effectively to regulatory bodies.
