Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Mobile

As a Principal Consultant specializing in Mobile technologies youll drive the vision strategy and execution of both mobile application development and test automation. This high-impact role involves shaping architecture leading cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and implement mobile test automation frameworks (Appium Espresso XCUITest).
Lead architecture and strategy for native and cross-platform mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end mobile quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab).
Mentor and guide mobile development and QA teams.
Evaluate and adopt new tools frameworks and industry best practices.
Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve the testing process and efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on the latest trends and technologies in test automation and mobile testing.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Strong experience in mobile automation tools (Appium Espresso UIAutomator XCUITest).
Hands-on expertise in native mobile development (Swift Kotlin Java) or cross-platform frameworks.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools version control (Git) and test management platforms.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Proven leadership mentorship and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors/masters in computer science Engineering or related field.

Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience including leading teams managing projects and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. ISTQB certifications) are a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60000 to $75000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
