Job Summary
As aSenior Director ISC Project Managementfor HMX Technology at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CORP Integrated Supply Chain. Reporting directly to theVP of Manufacturing Excellence you will lead a dedicated team focused on executing Operational Technology (OT) Security initiatives implementing the Nexus software and ensuring alignment with Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to meet site-specific needs and drive software adoption.
Additionally your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration between the analytics teams and the business units ensuring that operational requirements are effectively translated into actionable analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of OT Security initiatives to safeguard operational technology across the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of Nexus software ensuring it meets the needs of various sites and drives user adoption.
- Liaise with SBGs to gather requirements and feedback ensuring that the software aligns with operational goals.
- Act as an analytics consultant collaborating with business units to translate their needs into requirements to drive add value analytics solutions.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain operational technology or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects related to software implementation and OT Security.
- Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Supply Chain Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive software adoption and manage change within an organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
The annual base salary range for this position is $208000 - $260000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
