Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage maintain and secure our IT infrastructure in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability optimize performance and provide technical support to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer monitor and maintain servers networks and cloud-based systems
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls
Perform system updates backups patching and performance optimization
Troubleshoot system network and security-related issues
Ensure compliance with security policies data protection standards and best practices
Document system configurations procedures and incident resolutions
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers networking and cloud platforms
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles backups and disaster recovery
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Eligibility Requirement:
Must reside in the United States
Must have valid U.S. work authorization (citizenship permanent residency or valid work permit)
