Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management to lead project planning financial management and governance activities
Job Summary:
Lead and manage comprehensive project planning activities to ensure timely and successful delivery Oversee project financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control Implement and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Utilize project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management processes
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure financial accountability Establish and enforce project governance policies and procedures Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders and senior management Ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Prepare and present project reports status updates and performance metrics.
