Job Summary
Morristown Nissan is seeking a skilled and motivated Express Level 2 Service Technician to join our team in Morristown this role you will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the service team to diagnose issues efficiently and provide timely solutions to keep our customers on the road.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles.
- Work efficiently to maintain service productivity and meet customer expectations.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs and progress.
- Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive service technician preferably in a dealership environment.
- ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
