About The Company
At Pallon a spin-off from ETH Zurich were creating AI that automatically detects defects in sewer inspection videos and advises cities on when & how to fix them. By providing more precise objective data we aim to fix wastewater leaks reduce CO₂ emissions and prevent urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.

Key Responsibilities
Were a fast-growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. Some of the tasks youll be working on are:

  • Generating new business opportunities in Germany through outbound prospecting including cold emails LinkedIn outreach and direct calls.
  • Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
  • Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing deals ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
  • Self-sourcing six or more $25K opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.
  • Adapting quickly to feedback continuously improving messaging and staying up to date with industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales ideally in SaaS AI industrial technology or infrastructure-related industries.
  • A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI-based sales presentations.
  • The ability to self-source leads manage the sales pipeline and drive outbound efforts proactively.
  • Strong adaptability and coachability with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
